A quiet tribute to the Nebraska prairie, hand-poured into a beautifully detailed vintage pressed-glass vessel.

Originally created as a pedestal celery vase, this found piece features a swirling fluted body, a decorative diamond-cut band, and an ornate scalloped rim. We have given it a new purpose as an heirloom candle—one that is meant to be enjoyed now and treasured long after the final burn.

Our Prairie signature scent evokes open grasslands warmed by the afternoon sun: herbal prairie sage softened with golden honey and grounded by subtle woods. Familiar, peaceful, and gently nostalgic, it brings the feeling of wide skies and home into any room.

A FOUND VESSEL WITH A NEW STORY

This vessel is believed to be a vintage pressed-glass celery vase, a style traditionally used to serve celery at the table. Its exact maker, pattern, and age are unknown.

Every Finch & Foundry found-vessel candle is individually selected for its character and beauty. Gentle variations and signs of a previous life are part of the piece’s history—not imperfections. Once the candle has been enjoyed, clean the vessel and reuse it as a petite vase, keepsake holder, or decorative accent. Or return the vessel for one refill of the scent of your choice  

CANDLE CARE

Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before each burn. On the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly toward the vessel’s edges. Never burn for more than four hours at a time, and discontinue use when approximately ½ inch of wax remains.

Never leave a burning candle unattended or place it near children, pets, drafts, or flammable materials.
